Your chile may thaw a bit in transit but, as long as it is still cold on arrival, it is safe to re-freeze.

Our Rellenos, Tamales, & Chimichangas are packaged by the dozen (12). Hatch Green Chile Bacon is sold in a 2-pound package. Our frozen foods are shipped in insulated boxes, much like a cooler, to ensure that the cold stays in and the heat stays out!
