To change your order's shipping address, all you need to do is reach out to our customer service team by email or phone. Have your order number (Hatc-######) ready with your new address.

Please be aware that we cannot change the address of an order once it has begun fulfillment. Orders can begin this process quickly, so we recommend you reach out as soon as possible when needing an address change.

Remember that we can only ship via UPS SurePost to PO or APO Boxes.
