My order arrived in rough shape or damaged. What do I do?Updated 4 months ago

We apologize profusely. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we hate it when our wonderful chile arrives in less-than-stellar condition!

Please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. Photos really help us assess what went wrong and monitor for recurring issues. Most of the time mishandling in transit is to blame so hopefully UPS will do better the second time around!
