My tracking link says "delivered", but it actually isn'tUpdated 3 months ago

We know this can be frustrating, but don't worry! There are a few explanations here.

UPS can leave packages in some weird places. Please look around your property to ensure it is not left in some random spot.

Most of the time when a package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived yet, it will show up in the next 24 hours. It's usually a scanning error, but it can sometimes be something else. The best thing to do when this happens is to call UPS or your local Postmaster (depending on who is carrying your package). They will be able to give you more details on whether it is still coming or if there was an issue.
